At this 3-day practical training course, musicians will learn a range of new techniques, share experiences, and explore new ideas in a non-judgemental environment.

This Educator Pathway Programme is for music educators, education hubs and talent development organisations. It consists of a two-day in-person event at Reading University (London Road Campus) on 11 and 12 April 2026, plus two accompanying webinars on 8 and 22 April. 

The Music Works’ 20-week Young Promoters Programme gives 16–25-year-olds in Gloucestershire hands-on training, mentoring, and funding to launch their own live event and kickstart a career in music.
