We’re teaming up with Pirate Studios, the global network of 24/7 self-service music studios that supports over 300,000 artists, for a NextGen Community event all about spotlighting your talent!Off the back of our recent Rescue the Roots campaign, where we're raising £1 million to give to projects and people vital to the UK's grassroots music sector, we want to spotlight who the Roots really are: that is, you! Hosted at Pirate Studios in Dalston, we'll be kicking off the night with a chat about why it's so important we nurture the Next Generation of talent, and what it means to be an artist in 2025. Then, in a celebration of the NextGen of music talent, you'll enjoy a performance from one of our NextGen artists, followed by the chance to perform yourself at our open mic!Signups to the open mic will be first-come, first-served once doors open. You can register your interest to perform by ticking the question box at checkout, but this will not guarantee your performance; slots will be very limited, so arrive early to sign up and avoid disappointment.
