LIVE Trust: Grants and Impact Manager role Copy URL https://www.youthmusic.org.uk/opportunities/live-trust-grants-and-impact-manager-role LIVE Trust: Grants and Impact Manager role Copy URL https://www.youthmusic.org.uk/opportunities/live-trust-grants-and-impact-manager-role Details Location: Online Application closes: 19/10/2026 17:00 Company: LIVE Trust Role: LIVE Trust: Grants and Impact Manager role Apply here Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p/aLocation: UK-based (remote, with UK travel)Closing Date: Monday 19th October, 5pmFirst Round Interviews: From Monday 2 NovemberAbout This RoleReporting to the Senior Programmes Manager, we’re looking for an experienced Grants and Impact Manager to join our small team, building on our work and shaping our future grant-making strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the end to end delivery of funding distribution to grassroots music organisations across the UK, the role includes but is not limited to:Managing LIVE Trust grant programmes (including designing application processes, funding set-up, guidance for applicants, monitoring and reporting)Working with an external pool of assessors, providing briefing materials for decision-makers on funding applicationsEnsuring due diligence across grant-making activityActing as a key liaison between LIVE Trust, applicants and grantees, responding to queries and supporting with applications and reporting processesWorking closely with our finance and operations team to maintain records of applications, decisions and paymentsEnsuring reporting data is accurately collected and analysed, preparing impact reports and summaries of outcomes of funding roundsWorking with a range of stakeholders to map grassroots music organisations as well as deliver regular ‘Community Roundtables’ across the UKAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with:Relevant experience working in grant making, funding management or a related role in the charity sectorA passion for, and strong knowledge of, the grassroots music sector across the UKThe ability to communicate well (both written and verbal) with a range of stakeholdersExperience working collaboratively and proactively with others internally and externallyFamiliarity with Microsoft Office / Google Business Suite / Plinth (Grant Management System) / Zoom / CanvaFor more information on how to apply, visit: https://www.livetrust.org/jobsClosing Date: Monday 19th October, 5pm
