Job Summary:

Our Ashford Music Centre is a vibrant hub for musical creativity, where our students come together to create, learn, and perform. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in this exciting environment on Wednesdays from 3:45 pm – 7:30 pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to making a difference through music education.

Your Role:

As the welcoming face of our Ashford Music Centre, you will be instrumental in creating a positive experience for our students, teachers, and visitors. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Greeting students, parents, and teachers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Acting as a crucial point of contact between our venue and the Kent Music team.
• Keeping track of participant attendance.
• Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
