ArtsTrain is on the lookout for inspiring freelance Music Leaders to join our pool of talented practitioners delivering original music projects across Bromley and Bexley. This is your chance to join a small-scale charity making a big impact in SE London. You’ll work alongside other artists to create inclusive, high-quality programmes that put young people at the heart of the creative process.

You’ll be leading music-making sessions with young people aged 11–18, helping them build confidence, explore their musical identity, and write and perform their own songs. Whether it’s coaching them through harmonies, teaching the fundamentals of rhythm and melody, or preparing them for a live gig – you’ll be there to guide, collaborate and inspire.

Our projects are all about wellbeing, creativity, and co-production – meaning every piece of work is shaped with and by the young people taking part.
