Explore a diverse range of services and experiences, including life and sports coaching, mediumship, massage therapy, counselling and psychotherapy, yoga, emotional freedom technique (EFT), hypnotherapy, holistic therapies, and a variety of inspiring workshops.Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to attend thought-provoking talks on spirituality and wellbeing, while taking part in healing sessions designed to help you relax, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated.Whilst you're here, why not take some time to explore the beautiful Towner Art Gallery, adding an extra touch of culture and creativity to your day? As part of your festival experience, you'll also be able to enjoy a discounted vegetarian and vegan buffet at Bombay Avenue, the exciting new restaurant at The Devonshire Hotel, located just a short stroll from the gallery. Their delicious food is the perfect way to complete your visit.To finish the day, expect to hear some fabulous music from local musicians Big Al, David and Amie Lou Shaw - regular performers at the beautiful 5 star Chatsworth Hotel, Eastbourne. Big Al will be presenting a short talk around blues and rhythm music and the shaping of its many influences throughout time, this is not to be missed by local musicians. We are delighted to include the expert assistance of Eastbourne Music Collective who will be managing the sound at our evening event!As part of this prestigious event, we are incredibly proud to support Chestnut Tree House, the children's hospice serving Sussex. The charity provides exceptional care and support to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, while helping families make precious memories together. By attending the festival, you'll also be supporting awareness of the invaluable work they do within our community.
