We’re delighted to announce the 43 talented young creatives who make up Round 12 of the Youth Music NextGen Fund cohort. Each recipient will receive a grant of up to £3,000 to help bring their creative vision to life, supporting everything from debut EPs and music videos to photography and videography, live events, digital content, and innovative new business ideas.

The NextGen Fund is designed to break down the barriers that many young people face when trying to begin or sustain careers in the music industries. Our latest cohort reflects an exciting variety of genres, backgrounds, and approaches, showcasing just how much creativity and ambition is emerging from the UK today. Whether they’re producers experimenting with new sounds, artists pushing forward community‑driven projects, or entrepreneurs developing tools and spaces for others, these young creatives are shaping the future of music.

Round 12 has been made possible thanks to the continued generosity of the Players of People’s Postcode Lottery, alongside support from Amazon and PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited). Their commitment enables us to invest directly in young talent, providing funding at a crucial early stage, as well as opportunities to gain industry insight and join a growing network of NextGen creatives.

We can't wait to see Round 12's projects unfold in the coming months. Their work not only enriches the music ecosystem but also continues to demonstrate the power and potential of youth‑driven creativity.

Meet all the Round 12 recipients here.
