Meet the team! Adrian (DJ Dobra) Adrian (DJ Dobra) is a producer and artist from Derby, to Kosovan parents who immigrated. He began making music at 14 and performed at the Royal Albert Hall with the Able Orchestra. A graduate of the Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies, he released his debut solo album in 2023. Kathryn Sturman Kathryn is a music leader, singer, and co-founder of Made with Music, a Leeds-based charity making live music accessible for all. With over 20 years in arts education, she specialises in early years music, inclusion, and accessibility. Experiencing sight loss at university shaped her passion for creating spaces where everyone can fully participate in and enjoy music. Lou Pidgeon Lou Pidgeon is a neurodivergent and queer actor and musician based in Leicester. They recently toured with Bamboozle Theatre Company. Lou first discovered their love of music through Soft Touch Arts. Today, they use traditional folk to explore storytelling, drawing on those early experiences to shape their creative practice. Lauren Russell Lauren Russell is a Midlands-based freelance dance artist and producer specializing in inclusive dance. A proud Disabled creative, she performs with Propel, the UK’s only professional all-wheelchair dance company. Lauren works with organisations like Sidekick, Sense, and ID Dance, championing inclusive practice through performance and workshops. Nyrobi Nyrobi is one half of the MOBO Award winning sister duo ALT BLK ERA. Through their guest speaking engagements and online activity, they advocate for hidden disability awareness and inclusivity in the music industry. Nyrobi draws from their personal journey, which they also channelled into their no.1 debut album, 'Rave Immortal.' Toria Banks Toria Banks is a writer, director and producer and co-founder of the feminist opera company Hera. Her recent work includes both a digital verbatim opera about the DWP, and a new touring performance, staging cantatas by a baroque woman composer. Her second EP ‘Kenopsia’ released in 2023 explored challenging subjects such as loss and grief, and received radio support from BBC Introducing, Unmade Radio and Black Country Radio. Elizabeth won the ‘Inspirational Music Leader’ award at the Youth Music Awards in 2023 for her inclusive community music and facilitation workshops.
