Rhiannon “Keys” Barber is an E.D.M. artist, PhD student, and founder of Amplifying Accessibility - a pioneering project supporting Disabled music industry workers. From hosting Wales’ first accessible open mic to mentoring creatives and influencing national policy, Keys is reshaping the music sector through lived experience, activism, and innovation. Her work empowers others to thrive in an industry that too often overlooks accessibility and inclusion.

Lucy Bridge (she/her)

Generator, North East

Lucy Bridge is a rising talent in the North East music industry, known for championing underrepresented artists. From co-founding House Folk to becoming the first Music Industry Intern with Generator and Warner Music UK, Lucy has promoted regional talent on national stages. Now coordinating Newcastle’s MOBO Fringe events, she’s building inclusive platforms and shaping the future of live music and artist development in her region.

Usman Sheikh (he/him)

AllStar Ents Ltd, Yorkshire & The Humber

Usman Sheikh is a rising star in live event production, specialising in sound, lighting, and stage rigging. From AllStar sessions in Bradford to studying at the Academy of Live Technology, Usman has worked on major productions and mentored others, all while championing neurodiversity in the industry. His journey - from overcoming barriers to inspiring others - makes him a role model and a future leader in the live events sector.
