Now 21, Milly been putting on events in the music industry since she was 17 due to there being few accessible opportunities for young musicians, specifically in Sunderland. She has always had such deep love for everything music. Euphony is an all day festival, celebrating and showcasing local music, including giving opportunities to new/up and coming musicians. 2025 was the festival's third successful year, having doing it without formal funding thus far.

Belski is a producer, DJ, promoter, and event organiser. She founded Femme Fatale, an exclusive women and non binary club night designed as a safe space for women and non-binary people. The events spotlight underrepresented talent, giving a platform to DJs and performers.

Theadora is a musician, producer and event curator from North London. 'I Love To Feel' is a night she founded to celebrate and uplift women of colour in experimental music, addressing the lack of representation in the scene. Theadora aims to expand the project into a record label to amplify underrepresented voices and create a more inclusive music ecosystem.

Karlie is a DJ and nightlife worker. She started DJing when she was very young and now runs several events and DJ in the London. The NextGen Fund supported event - PLASTYK - is a lesbian club night that is accessible and affordable, supporting the people at the intersection of queerphobic and transphobic structures in the UK.

Jaidon Regis

Jaidon Regis

Jaidon Regis is a drummer, musical director, promoter and the founder of Wavey Nights. As a drummer, he has performed with Asha Gold (at BBC Introducing LIVE and Glastonbury), Che Lingo and Ray BLK (at their headline shows). Under the Wavey Nights umbrella, he has promoted artists such as UK rap star Cristale, at venues such as White City House. The NextGen Fund funded two further Wavey Nights shows.

Ije

Ije is an events professional based in Wolverhampton. She is the founder of MdoubleOD Entertainment, and with her NextGen Fund, organised a live jam session with local bands and artists. She posted content from the event to MdoubleOD's platforms, as part of the weekly videos she makes for artist discovery.

David Green

David Green

David Green is a drummer based in the Lochaber area in the western highlands of Scotland. With the NextGen Fund, he was able to launch a series of open mic sessions in his local area, building a community of musicians in South Lochaber and developing his music and event coordination skills.

Talia Andrea

Talia Andrea

Talia Andrea is a promoter based in London. With the NextGen Fund, she founded FEMMESTIVAL – a music festival and concert series with all-female lineups. The festival was shortlisted for ‘Best Launch Event / One To Watch’ at the Access All Areas Awards 2023, and Talia was named one of AAA's '30UnderThirty' in 2024. She was also the winner of ‘Rising Star (Industry)’ award at the Youth Music Awards 2024, sponsored by Songkick.

She has been interviewed in press and radio, including by BBC Radio London, and has spoken at conferences including Ditto's Meet The Music Industry and the Night Time Economy Summit. Last year, she also received PRS Foundation's Early Career Promoter Fund.

Reuben Cottrell

Reuben Cottrell

Reuben Cottrell is the founder of Fyah Kamp, an online music platform that spotlights young musical talent in Coventry, particularly in the genre of rap. Fyah Kamp has organised 'Block Radio, Coventry's first underground rap show, organised a performance of 30 Coventry artists at CVX festival, and provided young people with opportunities to perform on the Youth Stage of Godiva Festival. They have also collaborated with Punch Records, Birmingham Hippodrome and DJ Biggoss on a Bar4Bar Cypher event, as well as arranging 'Inspire The Fyah', which brought together over 10 organisations in Coventry to inspire young people to commence their journey in the industry through live performances and panel discussions.

Alex West

Alex West

Alex West is a radio host, freelance event professional, and the founder of 'Closer To Home', a series of live music events based in Berkshire. He has worked as a freelance presenter for BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6Music, Absolute Radio, and BBC Radio 5 Live. He has most notably presented the BBC Introducing show in Berkshire and Oxfordshire, and the Kent Top 40 for commercial station KMFM in Kent - reaching record breaking figures for the timeslot, and in the process overtaking The Official Chart and Big Top 40 in Kent. He also currently has a monthly show on Reprezent in Brixton, where he selects his favourite alternative music from around the world.
