The Project Delivery Lead - Social Prescription will lead the delivery of high-quality music workshops as part of SoundLincs’ adult social prescribing programme, supporting participants to improve wellbeing, confidence, and social connection through creative engagement.

As a core member of staff, the Project Delivery Lead will take increased ownership of the planning, coordination, and ongoing development of their allocated sessions and projects, contributing to their quality, consistency, and long-term sustainability.

Working both in delivery settings and within the office, the role will act as a bridge between Music Facilitators and the wider team, strengthening communication, embedding organisational processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of project delivery.

The role is based at SoundLincs offices and delivery across Lincolnshire, East Midlands for 22.5hours per week on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The salary is £28,000 per annum pro rata.
