Flexibility to spread working hours across 2+ days per week is preferable.Key responsibilities:LTP '26 Provider recruitment:Using Music for All’s large database, contact UK wide providers including music retail shops, community groups, music education services and individual music tutors via email, phone and social media inviting them to register to be a Learn to Play Provider.Identify potential new UK music providers not previously engaged with Learn to Play.Meticulously monitor and update the contact spreadsheet to track responses and follow-ups.Social media content creation:Support the social media promotion by creating visually stimulating online content to increase engagement with Learn to Play activity.Adhere to dates and themes outlined in our communication’s calendar and brand guidelines.Administration: Liaise with an external printing company and the registered providers to coordinate the distribution of the Learn to Play promo packs.Support the Learn to Play Coordinator with relevant enquiries, responding in a timely manner.Support the feedback and evaluation process.Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Learn to Play Coordinator in their absence.If you’re organised, proactive, and driven to making opportunities more accessible, we’d love to hear from you!
