Tor-VYBZ is a new youth-led music festival taking place in Torquay, South Devon on 18 July 2026, created to platform emerging artists and creatives from the South West. We are currently inviting independent artists and performers aged 16+ to express interest in performing at the festival. 

Tor-VYBZ will showcase lots of contemporary UK sounds including Hip-Hop, R&B, Drum & Bass and related genres, alongside other genres and a curated lineup of locals with 1 headline act. The festival is designed to break down barriers for emerging artists by giving young performers the opportunity to perform on a professionally produced festival stage in front of a live audience, while also connecting with other creatives in the scene. 

Tor-VYBZ is a free-entry public event and forms part of a wider youth-led initiative focused on supporting creative pathways, skills development, and opportunities in music. Selected artists will have the chance to: 

• Perform at a professionally produced outdoor festival Share a lineup with emerging and established artists 
• Connect with other artists and creatives Be featured in festival media and promotional content 
• Add the high quality footage and image capture of your performance to your portfolio We are particularly interested in hearing from independent and emerging artists who are building their sound and audience.
