Andy Dawson has worked in the arts for over 30 years, pioneering opportunities for disabled young people, including the groundbreaking Able Orchestra, the first disability-led ensemble. He also developed Engine Room, a not-for-profit platform label that supported the MOBO-winning Alt Blk Era.
