Find out more

Now in its second year, the F-List Youth Industry Network is a 12-month career development programme supporting young women and gender-diverse creatives aged 16–25 (or up to 30 if disabled) to build sustainable careers in music.

Delivered in partnership with The F-List for Music and funded by Youth Music, the programme operates across three regions: East and South London, the East Midlands, and Tees Valley.

Participants receive a £300 investment alongside monthly in-person mentoring, expert online training, impactful workshops, and strategic career-planning sessions - all delivered by local industry professionals who understand the specific barriers facing women and gender-diverse people in music.

We are looking for emerging artists, creatives, and industry professionals with a music focus who are not currently studying music at higher education level or earning a sustainable income from music.
