Scotland Arwen Scott is a singer-songwriter from Aberdeenshire in Scotland who, through folk melodies and the Scots language, takes you on a journey through the lands of their home and explore some of the contemporary issues facing young people today. Their project will be the recording and production of an album of Scots language songs and folk music written over the course of the last two years. Instagram AISHA South West AISHA is 19-year-old singer-songwriter from North Devon, blending soul, R&B and pop through powerful, emotive vocals. She will develop and release a five-track EP showcasing a clear artistic identity, supported by strong social media content for promotion to grow audiences, build momentum, and establish a compelling brand. Instagram Tekhole Scotland Tekhole is a Southern African DJ and sound artist based in Glasgow. Rooted in Gqom and tribal percussion, their genre-fluid sets weave between breaks, techno, and electro with field recordings and deconstructed drums. Their work explores heritage, queerness, and futurism, treating sound as a space for connection and transformation. 'SIN', Tekhole's debut EP, fuses Gqom, electro, and field recordings into dark, percussion-driven soundscapes. Exploring heritage, queerness, and Afro-Futurism, it confronts neo-colonial dystopia and systemic oppression through decaying rhythms and ethereal textures ~ transforming fractured histories into speculative futures, and turning protest into a sonic testament of survival and resistance.
