Join Sing Up and help shape the future of music education.

Sing Up is a music education company that believes in the power of singing to transform lives. We support schools, teachers and music practitioners through high-quality resources and training. We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to help us grow and deepen our connections with organisations across the education and cultural sectors.

We are an innovative and future focused team, who share a passion for improving the ways in which education supports children and young people to achieve their potential, particularly in the context of emerging technologies, creativity and the arts.

We recognise the power of partnerships to leverage these opportunities, and this role is central to that vision.

About the Role

As Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing partnerships with Music Education Hubs, Academy Trusts, cultural organisations, charities, and advocacy groups. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, co-creating services, and ensuring our partners receive outstanding support.

This is a varied and strategic role that combines relationship-building, service design, data insight, and training coordination. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation and represent Sing Up externally at sector events and forums.

Our workforce is diverse in many areas but underrepresented in others. We understand how people with different lived experience can enrich the work we do, and for this reason, we welcome and encourage applications from people from the Global Majority and ethnically diverse backgrounds, people with a lived experience of disability, and people from the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Contract type: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week

  • How to apply: You can find full details about the role on our website. Shortlisting will be anonymised, and final selection will be based on merit only and will not be based on any diversity criteria or targets.
