Sing Up Foundation harnesses the power of singing to improve youth mental wellbeing. With research showing that 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14, we're working to reach young people early through group singing activities. 

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to help us grow our profile across education, arts and research sectors. 

The role 

Provide strategic marketing consultancy and hands-on support including: 

  • Strategic advice and planning for
  • Foundation communications
  • Social media management across five platforms
  • Monthly analytics and insights reporting
  • Planning and optimising quarterly digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Creating fundraising and event promotion content
  • Brand consistency and ad-hoc marketing support 

What you'll need Essential: 

  • 5+ years marketing/communications experience
  • Proven track record in social media and digital advertising with measurable results
  • Strong copywriting, design, and analytics skills
  • Self-employed status with own equipment and insurance 

Desirable:

  • Non-profit, education, health, arts or youth sector experience
  • CRM systems and email marketing platform knowledge
  • Understanding of UK charity marketing regulations 

Contract: 12 months, fully remote, flexible schedule 

Fee: £10,400 (plus VAT if applicable), invoiced monthly 

Review: 3-month initial review period
