If you’re ready to help secure the future of Lincolnshire ’s heritage sites, we want YOU to join the Future of the Past project!

SoundLincs, in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council and arts and heritage specialists, is looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant or company to supercharge the marketing efforts of six unique heritage venues. We're engaging young people (aged 11-25) across the county and empowering them to reinterpret history and to make these venues vibrant and engaging for everyone.

This is your chance to make a real impact by:

  • Attracting talent and visitors through recruitment and tourism initiatives.
  • Supporting venues to create impactful marketing strategies.
  • Empowering our heritage sites by providing essential training.
  • Leveraging your creative skills to effectively promote the project.
  • Ensuring widespread visibility for the heritage sites and the project itself.
  • Collaborating closely with local tourism teams to amplify our efforts.

We’re looking for a trailblazer who:

  • Has a proven track record of engaging with heritage venues or cultural institutions.
  • Brings a creative, innovative, and modern approach to campaigns.
  • Is proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Demonstrates exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • Has a genuine commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in all marketing endeavours.
  • Holds Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Project Timeline & Fee:

The maximum fee for this role is £7,500 and the contract will run from August 2025 to April 2026, with potential for renewal.
