After an extremely successful first cohort, we are excited to open applications for the second round of our Future Leaders programme.

About the programme

Future Leaders is Drake Music’s programme to support and promote inclusive, accessible practice in music-making.

It aims to improve representation of young Disabled People in the workforce by:

- Developing progression routes, new skills, and knowledge
- Providing practical experiences
- Exploring the variety of roles within the music sector, such as music leaders, project managers, facilitators and educators.

Information evening

We are holding an online information evening on Tuesday 17 June, 6pm to 7pm. During this session you will have the opportunity to find out more information about Future Leaders.

Who is the programme for?

The Future Leaders role is for people who:
- Are musicians and identify as Disabled (definitions provided in information pack)
- Are between 18 and 25 years old
- Live in England
- Have the right to work in the UK

We welcome lots of different people to apply. This includes people from the global majority, women, and LGBTQIA+ people.
