The MU is the trade union for UK musicians and represents over 36,000 musicians working in all sectors and genres of music. As well as negotiating on behalf of its members with all the major employers in the industry, the MU offers a range of services tailored for the self-employed by providing assistance for professional and student musicians of all ages. He leads inclusive, tech-driven programmes, delivers hundreds of sessions annually, and inspires confidence through creativity and care. Despite personal health challenges, Charlie consistently goes above and beyond to empower youth through music across Gloucestershire. Dan Tsu (he/him)Lyrix Organix, LondonDan Tsu is the founder of Lyrix Organix and co-founder of Glastonbury’s Rum Shack, known for championing emerging talent and using music for social change. With 15 years of experience producing events and educational programmes, he uplifts underrepresented creatives, including women, BAME, queer, and Disabled individuals. Dan’s compassionate leadership has opened doors for countless young artists and freelancers across the music industry. Rebecca Tunley (she/her)Soundabout, South WestRebecca is a musician, music therapist, and Family Support Co-ordinator at Soundabout, with over 15 years’ experience supporting Learning Disabled young people. A former Head of Music in a major special school, she leads inclusive music initiatives, creates accessible resources, and champions participant voice. Rebecca’s compassion, creativity, and tireless advocacy have transformed lives, making her a powerful force for inclusion and empowerment through music.
