Marsm has curated a series of industry-focused sessions in collaboration with Youth Music to support young people breaking into the music world. These sessions offer behind-the-scenes insights from professionals working across music, events, and culture.

The programme includes:

Intro to the Music Industry with Martin Goldschmidt (Cooking Vinyl) on the 3rd of July from 10-12pm

Marketing an Event: A Step by Step Guide with Sally Zarzour (Marsm UK) on the 3rd of July from 1-3pm

Cross-Cultural Programming with Khaled Ziada & Georgie Pope (Marsm UK) on the 10th of July from 10-12pm

Intro to the Music Industry with Suhel Nafar (Empire WANA) on the 10th of July from 6-8pm

Stage Management and Production with Fed Schliessler (Event Producer & Tour Manager) on the 17th & 24th of July from 10-12pm

These sessions are designed for 18–25 year olds curious about how the music industry works and how to find their place within it.
