We would encourage applications from individuals with experience of supporting young people with Adverse Childhood Experiences, Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges and neurodivergent young people. The successful candidate will be driven by the ongoing need to support young people to overcome their personal challenges as well as believe in the positive impact that making music with others can have on their lives. We especially encourage individuals with backgrounds and life experiences similar to the young people we support to apply, particularly those who are underrepresented in our team and the wider orchestral sector.
