Registration now open and new special sessions for Primary teachers

Next year's MusicLearningLive! is will be held on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 February at the Royal Northern College of Music.

Organised by Zone Music Education - MusicLearningLive! is for everyone involved in music education. The programme for 2010 will be announced on thei website over the next few weeks.

There have been some changes to the event to cater for the needs of Primary Teachers.  Primary teachers are at the heart of the music education community and the MusicLearningLive organisers want to ensure that as many as possible can attend MusicLearningLive!2010. Taking two days out of school is often just not feasible for many teachers so they are offering blocks of Primary-focused sessions on both the Thursday and Friday specifically designed for primary music specialists and class teachers. The Primary sessions will be supplemented with online resources through a new MyMusicEducationZone project and they will be organising additional one-day CPD sessions during 2010/11 to enable participants to consolidate and expand on their experiences at MusicLearningLive! 2010.
