The NME have given Youth Music a pair of guest passes for the Shockwaves NME Awards Party on Wednesday the 24th of February, at the 02 Brixton Academy.

The party will see the announcement of the big winners of the NME Awards, and will be a star-studded event.

For a chance to win a pair of tickets and to hang out at the coolest party in London that night, just answer the following question.

Paul Weller is to be named Shockwaves NME Awards 2010 Godlike Genius on the night. Which of the following bands was Paul Weller NOT a member of?

A. The Jam
B. Ocean Colour Scene
C. The Style Council

To enter the competition, text the word ‘YOUTH’, followed by A, B, or C to the number 82540.

Entry costs £3.00 plus your standard network message charge. A percentage of the each text will go directly into funding the charitable work of Youth Music. Find out more about our work. The final amount donated is dependent on your network provider. The maximum amount that will go to Youth Music will be £2.00. The minimum amount, which is if your provider is Virgin, is £1.20.

Permission of the bill payer must be sought. UK networks only.

You must be over 18 to enter.

Deadline for entries: midday on Monday 22 February

Winners will be selected at random and contacted by phone on this day.

Don't worry if you miss out, you can still buy tickets for the NME Awards gigs via www.nme.com/tickets  or on 0871 230 1094 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network charges)
