1. Monitoring Report

If you have an Open Programme grant, you are required to complete a Monitoring Report every time you request a payment.

2. Templates and Guidance Notes for Youth Music Action Zones (YMAZs)

The Quarterly Monitoring Forms below are to be used by Youth Music Action Zone (YMAZ) programmes only, when submitting quarterly claims.

3. Marketing & PR

It is important that you acknowledge Youth Music funding on all print and design. Branding requirements are specified on the CD Rom that you received when you accepted the grant offer. Click on the link below for guidance on branding, press releases, general marketing and photography.

4. Final report

You are required to fill in a final report form at the end of your project.

We strongly recommend that you refer to this form at the start of your programme to ensure you are collecting the information required.

Wider Opportunities

Youth Music ran pilot projects in seven Music Services to provide great access to instrument tuition for primary school aged children.

Voltage

Voltage is Youth Music’s national music volunteering programme for young people, aged 16-25

Sound Stage

Youth Music partnership with British Music Experience, Greenwich Music Service and Greenwich Theatre for young people in challenging circumstances.

Youth Music Voices

A major music project developed in partnership with the BBC as part of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, giving aspiring vocalists the chance to receive highest calibre singing tuition & the opportunity to participate in London 2012.
