1. Monitoring Report
If you have an Open Programme grant, you are required to complete a Monitoring Report every time you request a payment.

2. Templates and Guidance Notes for Youth Music Action Zones (YMAZs)
The Quarterly Monitoring Forms below are to be used by Youth Music Action Zone (YMAZ) programmes only, when submitting quarterly claims.

3. Marketing & PR

It is important that you acknowledge Youth Music funding on all print and design. Branding requirements are specified on the CD Rom that you received when you accepted the grant offer. Click on the link below for guidance on branding, press releases, general marketing and photography.

4. Final report

You are required to fill in a final report form at the end of your project.

We strongly recommend that you refer to this form at the start of your programme to ensure you are collecting the information required.

Partnership Programmes

Come and Play

A partnership between Youth Music and Kids Club Network to develop innovative music-making activities for primary school aged children in after-school clubs and holiday play schemes.

Sound Inventors

Sound Inventors is a Youth Music initiative, devised and delivered by spnm, with partnership funds from the PRS Foundation. It comprises twenty England-wide projects to support young people aged 8-18 in creating their own music.

Gallery37 Plus

Gallery 37 Plus is a cross-arts youth engagement programme for 16 – 24 year olds which focuses on intensive summer activity.

Singing Communities

The Singing Communities partnership programme set out to find out to what extent singing makes a difference to young people and their communities.

Wider Opportunities

Youth Music ran pilot projects in seven Music Services to provide great access to instrument tuition for primary school aged children.
