Metallica supports Youth Music
All proceeds from their 02 gig on 15 September will be donated to Youth Music
After a triumphant return headlining this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals, Metallica are celebrating the release of new single “Death Magnetic” with a show at London’s 02 Arena. Because this is a celebration, tickets are only five pounds, but all proceeds will go to Youth Music!
Michelle James, Youth Music Head of External Communications said ‘We’re delighted that Metallica have decided to endorse Youth Music in such a public way. The contribution from their fans will fulfill a genuine need amongst children across the UK to discover and access great quality music making in their area. By donating their star status and financial support to Youth Music on this special night, Metallica are lending a huge hand in helping young rock enthusiasts reach their goals. A big Youth Music thank you to James, Lars, Kirk and Robert.’
The show is only available to the band’s fan club members, and those people who subscribe to www.missionmetallica.com
